The process was fast and easy HOWEVER, they failed to provide some information about the registration ALSO never received my license plates. I had to go to the DMV and get everything myself since every time I called he would say I will call you back in 5 minutes or I’m not at the office send me a message with the information and would never get back to me. When my husband called to complain and ask for reimbursement for what we had to pay at the DMV which was 360 dollars he said no that he would provide a 2000 dollar discount next time we buy a car from him. Needless to say they lost a customer and will no longer return nor recommend them to anyone. Bought the car on New Year’s Eve DMV said the information they had said it was sold in February. Will definitely stick to the bigger dealersh

Please go to a place that actually cares enough to answer questions. If you really want a good idea of their true rating go check yelp. Google reviews is bloated with bot reviews they created themselves. But also just look at this response to a genuine question....

Advertising a car on offer up for the down payment price vs actual price is pretty shady to me

This by far has been one of the best dealerships I have gone to 💯 I’ve tried going to big dealerships like Nissan and they wouldn’t help me out but el Gordo got me and my girl right with a good car for a good price 🤝🏼 definitely will be buying another car from here soon no bs !
