El Monte RV Rentals

Jim Donnies is a great place to take your RV or trailer to for service or fab work. I take the company trailer and truck there all the time to get things fixed or tweaked. They are not scared to fab up what you need either. Priced fair and easy to work with.

A rat was in the RV upon pick up. Extremely disappointed that a rodent was in the vehicle upon pick up, and the only solution that was offered to us by Nick (staff) and Brian (manager) was a “refund for mousetraps.” I simply cannot make this up. My husband and I had been planning and excited about this trip for weeks. We paid $2,000 for the rental plus a $1000 deposit, $150 for a campsite, $125 for puppy care because we didn’t want to take our dog on our first RV trip, $40 in daycare fees while my husband went to pick up the vehicle, over $300 in food and supplies for five days. We called El Monte at least 3 times to make sure all of our ducks were in a row prior to the day of pick up. My husband took an Uber from Baltimore to Glen Burnie to pick up this RV and complete the orientation.

Poor service! when we talked to the man behind the desk he had no idea what rv's were available. We were told to look around outside and no one came to show us around. We were also reminded to "wipe our feet" (after telling us the rv was dirty) before going in the rv. We will NOT be renting here.

Good service. Wound being charged less than my original quote, highly recommended for RVs and boat trailers.

Bought parts here for my 2014 Monaco class A ...have everything i needed...would recommended this place..
