So far not good. Didn’t get return phone call after a couple of tries days apart. But FINALLY, I got through and spoke to someone who took care of my appointment and it was absolutely worth the wait. Let me tell you, El Paso Auto Glass is quick and did a FANTASTIC job on my 4 Runner windshield repair. Everything worked out and I will definitely be calling them back for repair service. Jimmy was my repair tech for my front windshield. He was very professional and got the whole windshield replaced in under an hour. Out of all the quotes I got they were the cheapest but the work was done to a high standard. They even offered me a military discount which I wasn't expecting. I will be using them again in the future for any repair needs.

Great service & fast! My husbands car got broken into and the same day, I called EP Auto Glass, I got an estimate on the side windshield, and a quick appointment was set within less than 24 hours for next day to get fixed! Price was great & affordable compare to the other estimates I received from other places. The technician & assistant took less than a hour and did an amazing job! Thanks y’all! Asked to get windshield repaired but guy never indicated that it was deep enough that cosmetically it will still be very visible. If he would have mentioned that I wouldn’t have wasted the money on it and just replaced windshield.
