El Paso On-Site Truck Repair

I took my truck to this repair service, and while the staff was kind and friendly, the problem wasn’t actually fixed. They sent me off saying everything was repaired, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Disappointing result, but at least the service was pleasant.

The suspension system of my truck required urgent repairs while I was on a delivery. The mobile mechanic arrived where I was off the highway. He quickly identified the problems, fixed them, and double-checked everything else to ensure my truck was in perfect condition. His professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable.

If i could give zero stars i would. Called them and asked for roadside assistance for a tire change, they told me they were on their way and it was a lie. Never got to my location and kept hanging up the phone when i called to ask if they were coming. So unprofessional.
