EL PRIMO SMOG

Great service, don't listen to all the Karens and Darrens complaining. I was provided a thorough smog check passed! I came here after another smog check spot claimed I failed the test and for $280 would be willing to pass me.

El Primo Smog was a great spot. My family always takes our cars there when necessary. The only place we will take them to. The gentleman that helped out was very professional and helpful.

What a waste of time. Went here today to get a smog done. The guy tells me the machine is down. I asked when it would be back up and he tells me couple be an hour, tomorrow or next week. He has no idea. All the time giving me a look like I am the one at fault. He tells me they own another shop down the road I can go to. I asked if I could use my groupon and he said no. Today is my only day off I don't have time for their rude incompetent service. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

STOP! DONT go HERE! The guy at the service desk arrogance is through the roof, avoid being treated with less than fair customer service. Cant run a shop if you cant look at your customer in the eyes! Put your cell phone down and say good morning or something welcoming rather that putting them off while you finish playing Tretis on your cell.

Brought my 2011 Nissan for a smog. It was quick and stress free testing. Will definitely be coming back.
