Thank you to this company that honored their word and fixed the problem with my car. As a customer and consumer, I come to rely on reviews to handle business. I appreciate the company for making things right. Can I have someone call me. The metal sheet for the undercarriage was bent and on the verge of coming off. This occurred when my car was towed on Monday, July 29th. I need the tow driver to fix it before it falls off. Ive tried calling but voicemail is full. I hate doing this but Its been over 3 weeks and my property damage claim has not been fully addressed. I need more of a text with minimal contact for me to have peace of mind that this will be resolved.

El Toro was great at communicating and got me a battery jump within 30 minutes. I will refer them to all my clients as they also work with insurance carriers. Easy-peasy with El-Toro!!

Great experience! The guy arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. I got a flat tire 20 minutes of out Walla Walla, and he towed my car all the way to a car shop and we had a great chat on the way. Highly recommend El Torro!
