I placed three maintenance work orders. Within a day Francisco had all repairs completed. He was very professional and helpful. It's great to have staff like Francisco who is very competent to perform the job(s).

They were tolerable when owned by Camden. I recently moved out and was charged a cleaning fee even though I had already paid it. After providing proof, they lied and charged me again. Additionally, the phase II elevator is frequently out. During the move out, I slipped and fell while holding a cup of coffee, the movers helped me up, but maintenance saw my fall as well and knocked on the door, not out of concern for my fall, but insistent that I clean the coffee spill. Avoid this property as the price, for the service is not worth it and I personally found management to be dishonest.

I recently visited the office and spoke to Augustin to inquire about the availability of a garage in my area. Within 2 hours paperwork was signed and my garage door remote was in my hand.
