Great amazing service and support by Electric City throughout my coolant delete request after suspecting my coolant seal was starting to wear out with minimal coolant leak on the speed sensor. I would definitely come back again to try other services that they offer.

Electric Citi absolutely saved me. After calling around and getting nowhere, they were the only shop that could actually help with my suspension calibration, and they got it handled within a day. The whole process was smooth, professional, and way more affordable than going through Tesla service. Tesla had me scheduled for next week and their price was noticeably higher. Electric Citi was straightforward, quick, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated how responsive they were and how they didn’t waste my time. I believe it was Cesar who helped me out, and he was awesome. If you need suspension calibration done and don’t want to overpay or wait around, I’d recommend Electric Citi without hesitation.

We recently had the AC stop functioning on our 2013 Model S. David at Electric City confirmed that the compressor had failed. The diagnosis/repair was completed quickly and we are cool again. Think we got a reasonable price. Last year we had major battery work and a passenger door seal replacement completed - for under half the cost quoted by Tesla service center. Electric City is a great option for owners of older/out of warranty Teslas! David has amazing knowledge of these cars. Highly recommended!

Great service! David was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and he was able to diagnose my vehicle quickly. They offer financing through a third party. Highly recommend for any Tesla owner.

I came in needing help with the interior of my car after being turned away by other places or quoted $100+ just to take a look. Andrew and Alfredo immediately took care of it, fixed everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. On top of that, they filled all my tires with air at no charge, which just shows how much they genuinely care about their customers. They were friendly, honest, fast, and extremely knowledgeable.
