I am so thankful that we found Elena's Manor. My Dad has been at this facility for almost a year now. The staff are like family to us. They provide EXCELLENT CARE! They are very attentive to his needs. They take the time to visit with him which I appreciate very much. They just make a very difficult situation better. I know I can count on them to put the residents and their needs first. I have met the owners and they truly care about the residents and families. I love that this facility is family owned rather than corporate owned. It is more personable being family owned. Erica the Director is doing an excellent job. She takes the time to listen to us and is trying to look for ways to make this facility even better than it already is. She often works late to make sure everything

The facility is beautiful, and the staff are trustworthy and treat the families with great care and respect. The administrator, Ericka, is very involved and can often be seen helping on the floor in addition to handling her regular duties. I would highly recommend this memory care facility to anyone looking for a compassionate and well-run place for their loved one.
