Called Sunday afternoon to set up a tow for 1st thing Monday morning(his words not mine). Everything seemed set. It's 230pm, I'm at work and decided to call since I had not seen a charge for the tow show up. I call and oopsy he forgot. That's a crappy excuse. I'm not sitting at home waiting. I have a job. I need my vehicle. He gave a few excuses, but sounded like a them issue. But at the end of it MY service was not completed as promised and when I asked for a $5 discount for HIS mistake, I was told it cost that much to run my credit card. Price of doing business sounds like a not my problem yet again. A $75 tow sounds better than $0 but that's what they get. Zero. By the time I finished this review, I had another company picking up my vehicle.

I was searching for a reliable auto body shop and I found that in Elias Auto body in Arnold, Pa. He worked with me to secure payment from my insurance company for some vandalism to my car. He not only gave me a fair price but he trusted me to pay him. As our transaction took place, his PC went dead. He told me that I could pay the bill the next Friday since I still had a minor scratch needing to be repaired. I had never had any business treat me with such respect before. Mr. Elias was professional. He told me exactly what the charge would be for the repairs I required. His crew was also very respectful and competent. I was extremely satisfied with the end results.
