We recently took my Mazda CX-9 to Eli’s Auto Shop, and from the very first phone call, we felt we were in good hands. We explained the issue over the phone, and Joss immediately came across as knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. That first impression mattered, and it held all the way through. When we brought the car in, everything was handled professionally and clearly explained. We truly appreciated the transparency about what needed to be done (and what didn’t): no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward, honest service. The work was done well and at a very reasonable price. It’s such a relief to find an auto repair shop you can genuinely trust. I’m grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Eli's auto service has been a great all around experience and very professional. I have taken two of my vehicles to have Jose work on them since I moved to Sierra Madre. He is thorough, very experienced, knowledgeable and explains everything to you with video and photos.He has been honest with me about all my necessary repairs and only recommends preventative maintenance from the manufacturer when it is due. Which I suggest you do, so you don't end up with costly repairs in the future like I did on one of my vehicles before I started going to Eli's. Trust him with your vehicles and give him an opportunity. You'll be glad you did.
