Eli's Service Station

I had an excellent experience at Auto Repair! The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what repairs were needed. The service was fast, honest, and fairly priced — no surprises at all.

Went to Eli's to have tires mounted and balanced, excellent experience. Have had bad luck lately with big brand tire shops, so decided to go local this time around. Super easy process, and charged way less then comparable shops in the area. Will be taking my cars here for more work in the future!

clearly told them my car’s horn wasn’t working, yet they still charged me a $60 diagnostic fee without fixing anything. There is a serious lack of communication within this shop — no one seems to know what they’re doing, and the staff does a terrible job informing customers. They insisted that I leave my car even though I had already explained the exact issue, and then charged me for “diagnosing” the same problem I told them from the start. On top of that, the owner was extremely rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Save your time and money — avoid this place.

Eli's Service Station is a great example of a good and reliable local service station. As an owner of an older Buick I appreciate the quality repairs and friendly service. They have helped to keep my Buick in top running condition. After relocating to the area two years ago I wanted to find a local place for repairs and inspection. I asked them at the start to give my car a thorough going over. It's been two years of asking them to check my brakes and it wasn't until this year that we both agreed it was time. So we scheduled the appointment and new discs and rotors were completed in less than two hours. Took my car here for a state inspection and also got some pressure in the tires. Absolutely brilliant service and staff. They are both ver friendly and professional. I will coming here for all my future car services.
