Eric provided outstanding customer service — he took the time to explain the process, kept me updated, and made sure everything was done right. I can be pretty particular about my vehicle, but they handled all my questions and requests with patience and professionalism, making sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. The quality of the paintwork is top-notch, and the pricing was very fair compared to other shops I checked. The owner was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
