First time visit. 03/05/2026 Tesla of Lynnwood recommendation for scratches in my 2026 Model Y Juniper RT Rear Pass door. No appointment just a walk-in customer. I was almost immediate warmly greeted by Amanda and Missy. After discussing my concern, I was introduced to Cole a body specialist. Within 10 minutes my vehicle was taken into the shop. Brought in an unpainted front bumper, rocker panels, and rear wing to be painted and fitted. Checked in the next day to drop off an additional part to find my bumper and rockers already completely painted and fitted to the car. The quality and speed of work was incredible, and service was great. Absolutely will be bringing all my cars back for future bodywork whenever needed. The staff is extremely hospitable, great care for the vehicle as well. Took my 2022 BMW M3 for some paint work, and they took care of the problem.

My wife’s Tesla had some scratches on the rear trunk lid where the garage door had come down on the trunk. Tyler at elite did an amazing job scheduling us in the very next day for a quick 20 minute appointment that they didn’t even charge us for and the trunk lid looks like new I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be bringing all of our cars back in the future when they need bodywork of any kind. Such a nice and professional group of people! On the day I dropped the car off, Emilio drove me five miles to my rental car; everyone kept me in the loop re: parts ordered and completion time. When I picked the car up, in addition to the expert repair of door and lock, the car appeared to have been washed, detailed and polished!
