Would like to say thank you to Jaime, for always taking care of me and fixing my Honda Civic as always. Jaime is very professional and great customer service. I had an emergency when my honda broke down in the evening almost closing time and Jaime accepted it last minute and got my car fixed the next morning. Thank you again to Jaime and the crew.

My head blew and Josh knew exactly what to do in the situation. I came in hot, so he checked for pressure and confirmed where I was at. I was very nervous, diving into that sort of job--and what it would cost. I was concerned I'd end up with a head that leaked under pressure, or blew way too soon, but he promised me a tight seal, quality job, and a long lasting ride. If you're looking for a mechanic who can keep it together and handle a head properly go try this place out.

For me, dealing with cars is such a pain in the rear, and finding a trustworthy place is such a struggle. HOWEVER, this is now my go to place for everything. I really appreciate Jamie! The communication here is always really great! This is a place that I trust and feel good about going. I HIGHLY recommend! It's is a judgement free environment, where I always leave feeling safe and secure!

My Audi A6 needed Rotors, Brake Pads and Brake Sensors, so I called Elite Auto Care to get a quote. I spoke with Josh and he was extremely professional and very detailed about cost and the products they offered. He gave me 2 options to choose from and he explained the difference in each one. His customer service skills are above and beyond the norm because he ensures the customer knows exactly what they are getting. When I arrived on Saturday morning to Elite Auto Care, I was greeted with the same great customer service attitude by Jaime. He already had been informed by Josh what my car needed. Josh, Jaime and the entire Elite Auto Care team are GREAT! On top of that, their prices are fantastic and they stand behind their work and products. I'll definitely refer friends and family to Elite

Jaime and Josh were so helpful getting my truck back on the road. The front end on my Dodge Ram 3500 was so worn out that I was riding on the bump stops. During disassembly, Jaime texted me short videos so I could see how bad certain items were. This made it quick and easy for me to reply with a text to approve the much needed repairs. Now I can drive this HD truck with peace of mind knowing me, my wife and dog are safe on trips out of town down those 2 lane highways. Thank you Elite for going above and beyond!
