I am so disappointed in the communication and the treatment that was given to me by Alex. He is a liar rude and disrespectful for no reason. Several times during the call I had to correct the way he was speaking to me. This is not ELITE SERVICE. I've come to the location before and they were pleasant then but disgruntle now. 4.7 stars are fake ratings based on my experience it's a 3.0 for me. Never completed the diagnostic and I left my car at 8:40 AM to pick it up at 2:20 PM. With nothing done not even the diagnostic!!! Alex needs training on treatment and how to listen if you all have any courses. I am going to tell EVERYONE IN THE 529 AREA THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO GO!!! Take your vehicle to YES AUTOMOTIVES ON HWY 6 FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE WITH THEM BEING BUSY!!!

This is one the easiest reviews to leave. Customer service is top notch. They all communicate well with the us whenever we have our car issues. This is a place we don’t feel like we are getting over charged for the work being done. Thank you for being trustworthy.

This team is amazing! They were very communicative, professional, completely open and honest with my mom and I. Juan was very detailed, giving exceptional customer service. I recommend 100%. I definitely will be coming back again soon.
