my expericance was fast ! I know what i wanted before i went . They got back to me fast when i went the process was fast no issues they answer the phone when i called i was in and out . If you actually read the paper that they give you it takes a couple of weeks for your regerstrations and stuff to come in ! but i do recommend ! thank you again

I bought a honda odyssey here in march 2023 and paid $3200 extra for a 3 yr warranty that Elite auto never paid the warranty company for . I just found this info out in may or june of 2025 as i went to go use the warranty n found out that they registered the warranty to my van but never finished and paid for it (even tho i have all the paper work saying I paid for the warranty when I bought the van ) . When I went to confront Elite auto the person (Andrew ) that sold me the van was no longer working there and they gave me the run around on trying to get ahold of the owner or anyone that was willing to help with my loss .. I just want my money back and am still fighting for it..

If i could give zero stars i would. I’m a hardworking EMT who needed reliable transportation and trusted this dealer ship which has been the worse decision of my life !!!!! I financed a 2015 Acura TLX from Elite Auto House in June 2025. Within days of purchase, the car started jerking and hesitating. Check engine and transmission lights came on immediately. I returned the vehicle after Caravant Financial (the lender) confirmed the loan was never processed — and canceled the deal. Even after returning the car and getting my trade-in back, the dealer has been holding my $2,000 down payment and the title to my old car with no communication or refund for weeks. They’ve ghosted my messages, made excuses, and now try to claim they want to “fix” the car even though I legally backed out before t
