Whenever you hear old cringe-worthy stories of mechanics that are swindlers and scam artists; ELITE Auto repair in des-plaines is one that fits that mold. You will be overcharged,under quoted, take longer than any other shop and you will receive your cat back with more issues than it went in with. This has happened twice and also both times that the car came back worse then when it went in they will deny it and charge you all over again. The worst THE WORST mechanic shop I've ever even drove past let alone walked in. Scam artists and swindlers should be their name!!!! Have come to find out also rental car assistance is how they have great reviews. Leave a great review when they need it and you will recieve a loaner car while yours is worked on
