I found this tow company while searching on Google and decided to give them a call after getting my Jeep stuck out on a trail. I had been exploring a new area and tried crossing a shallow creek, but the ground underneath was softer than it looked. Before I knew it, my tires were buried and I wasn’t going anywhere. I explained everything over the phone, and they were incredibly professional from the start. They showed up in about 30 minutes, which honestly surprised me given how far out I was. The driver assessed the situation right away and walked me through exactly how they planned to winch me out safely. The whole recovery was smooth, controlled, and way quicker than I expected. Matt and Brian are some of the nicest guys to help out for any roadside or recovery needs! They specialize in off road recovery not just sliding a few feet off the road. They have special trucks to get in trails if needed. I needed to get pulled out of the river bed after getting stuck to the frame in river silt, they were able to come out as soon as I called and winch my truck out safely. If you want the fastest service, make sure to pay cash/card directly with them and just submit the receipt to your insurance company (if you have towing included). Calling the insurance company directly will take a huge amount of time and you'll get a much slower response time with no promise of getting a competent crew to come assist you.

What started with a nightmare turned into the best auto shop experience my husband and I both have ever had. A break-in/vandalism 4 hours away from home turned into an insurance flub and elite auto came to the rescue. Matt and his team were upfront, honest, and practical. I was kept in the loop on everything in a timely manner and treated with respect (sometimes a difficult barrier for a woman in communication with an auto shop). All in all, we highly recommend our new friends at elite auto. Thank you for sprucing up and taking good care of our truck.
