I called AAA and they dispatched Elite Towing at 4193 Wayne Trace Road Hamilton Ohio. The the driver's name was Forrest. Forrest arrived quickly and professionally loaded my 1995 Camry sedan onto the rollback tow truck. It was reassuring to see Forrest strap down all four tires, to secure my car to his tow truck. When I gave Forrest my mechanics address where I wanted my car towed to, he was familiar with the location which again was reassuring. Forrest's quick arrival and professional actions made me confident that my car would arrive safely at its destination. Do yourself a favor when you need a tow in the greater Cincinnati / Hamilton! Another complaint for the chunky white man driving your flatbed- not only was he tailgating every vehicle he was behind on i129, but he cut me off when his lane ended and almost caused an accident- then recorded me as he FOLLOWED ME TO MY HOME after I took a photo of his vehicle (then he gave me a double bird). Very classy business that also doesn’t pick up their phone. Next time I’ll call the cops on him :) Apparently they try to cause the accidents they’re gonna go repair

We were out of town and had our vehicle breakdown. We used Elite for towing through AAA and we could not have been happier with their service! There was multiple hold ups on our end, orchestrating a rental car to meet them at our vehicle and they were so accommodating, polite, and professional.

Why didn’t you show up? AAA call, they claimed my driveway had too much snow took a picture and left. It did not have too much snow, I cleared it. The dispatcher I called later agreed. Driver didn’t even call me.

I want to thank Forrest for giving me a tow home, a long distance. Very professional, upstanding person if he lived closer I would get more tows from him in the future. Safe travel from Ohio to Greenwood Indiana. Have a safe trip home thank you - Kelley
