I had my 2023 Lexus GX460 serviced at Elite Auto and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and honest. They took great care of my GX and made the whole process easy. What really stood out was the attention to detail — they even took the time to ask if I wanted my tires rotated while it was already there. That kind of proactive service shows they’re thinking about the long-term care of your vehicle, not just the basic checklist. It’s hard to find a shop you truly trust, but Elite Auto earned it. Highly recommend them if you want quality work and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

I have a 20 yr old GMC with over 100,000 miles on it. I brought my vehicle to them to get a quote on tires and check the suspension. I needed to decide if I can safely keep driving the truck for another year or more. I got a competitive quote on new tires AND a whole vehicle INSPECTION...with pictures!!! Explained every aspect of where there was a concern and how critical the repair would be to drive it safely. (and cost estimates for each item) I was very impressed with professionalism and time taken "just for me"! I haven't bought the tires yet...but I am referring them to my neighbors - Great experience!!!

Thank you so much you Elite Auto and Tire! Recently I had repairs performed to my vehicle at a local dealership. After) those repairs were completed, I picked up my vehicle only to discover that there were now more issues than when I dropped it off. My car was shaking and could barely pick up speed. After $1500 in repairs I'm stuck with more issues. I took my vehicle back to that local dealership, only to discover that there was no compassion, no leeway, no attempted discount for repairs. Instead there was an astronomical fee that I would be required to pay in order to get my vehicle in better running order. It was at that point my family directed me to a Elite Auto and Tire. New in town, away from the comfort of our hometown mechanic and the lights on the dash go off. You know the feeling! After several calls and insane estimates double what our mechanic would call reasonable, we take a last minute recommendation to go to Elite! Thank goodness! Eric and team were phenomenal, comforting, professional and were able to conduct an assessment the same day! What came next was the best, honesty and integrity, no, we didn't need that $1400 work 5 days into our multi month trip!
