Our 2002 VW displayed the engine light. Drove back to Junction. Albert ran scan so we’d know whether we could drive the van back home or needed a tow. He was thorough, knowledgeable & kind. We were 2 hrs into our guy’s road trip to Big Bend and we started leaking transmission fluid. We pulled off the highway and into Elite Automotive. Albert and William were the best. They got us up and back on the road within a few hours. We had to get the hubs replaced on our vehicle and they expeditiously got it done! Their customer service is A++. If you're ever stranded (which we were) near Junction, TX, call on them, they will help you. We walked away feeling good about their work and the cost.

Nathan and his team were kind enough to agree to work on my broken down VW vanagon westy. It had overheated on I10 half way between Junction, TX and Sonora, TX. The belt had chewed a hole in a nearby coolant hose and an o ring on something(?) that had coolant flowing through it, failed and leaked during Nathan’s pressure test of the cooling system. Nathan had a long line of vehicles waiting to be repaired but he agreed to squeeze me in and get me on my way. Nathan repaired both problems and did a thorough road test. I definitely felt that I had stumbled on a great mechanic and a great shop. So even though I was unlucky to have a breakdown, I was lucky to find a great mechanic.
