I wanted to do some aftermarket work on my Chevy 2500 Duramax. Wesley and the techs at Elite Auto were awesome to work with and were great at communicating. They did a 7” lift, new 37” tires on deep lip wheels, and a mudflap/valence delete. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were just as happy and excited about it as I was when I saw it. This shop loves what it does and it shows in every step of the process. Wesley and his team took excellent care of my car when my transmission went out in my Tahoe. He was able to have my car towed and was very efficient and professional. He communicated regularly during the time my car was in his shop. He even found out why my brakes were locking up, even after I had two separate dealerships tell me nothing was wrong. Honesty and Expertise. While traveling from Georgia to North Carolina, our car broke down in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve, not long before they were getting ready to close. They had cars in all of their repair bays and one of their mechanics was already off. Yet, the owner was still willing to bend over backwards to help us. He personally drove out to the side of the highway where we had broken down and determined what needed to be done to repair our car. He then arranged a tow truck for us. He was so efficient, that while we were waiting for the tow truck, he went out and bought the part that we needed to fix the car. Elite Automotive Center is exactly that ELITE!!!! I called the owner because my car broke down and I was stranded. He left the shop to come to where I was not once but twice that day He would not let me pay him any extra but for a couple of materials that had to be used. They are honest, sincere, and knowledgeable!! If you are in the Carnesville or surrounding areas you should definitely use them for all your automotive needs!
