Mounted + balanced tires (I had shipped in) at a competitive price. They also tightened the battery leads. Some places only put on their own price-gouged tires - but Elite did mine at no extra markup. They also informed me that my TPMS batteries were low and looked into sourcing replacements. Well done.

I’ve taken my cars to Elite for as long as I can remember. I just got my latest car back, and it’s running better than it did when I first got it. Everybody at Elite is super professional and super patient with me, even when I ask the same questions over and over. Appreciate you guys!

So brought my car up there a few months back...stated some things that I wanted fixed...they kept my car for 3 days ...fixed nothing on my list..then charged me a 100 dollar diagnostic fee on each problem I stated ...parroted back the problem then charged me 400 for a ac charge and to baby sit my car for 3 days...oh you ain't got to worry about us bringing anything up there...Just as bad as Petes....Do Not Take Your Cars To Any Mechanic in Spencer...they all will steal and overcharge

This review has been edited to include my full experience. Initially I gave them the benefit of doubt but after the way I have been treated it is obvious they are cooked. They had my car for exactly 4 weeks, it sat there for several days before they even did the diagnostics on it and when I finally got it back, two credit cards were missing out of my car and suddenly my air isnt working, they also left another customers keys in my car. They acted like I was crazy and said they could do diagnostics for 150 dollars an hour to figure out what they did to my air. I elected to take it elsewhere. The only reason I ever took my car here was because of my dealership warranty but I absolutely will not be bringing my car back here ever again. Excellent and professional service! I called Elite Auto needing a new set of tires before a long road trip, and they contacted their rep. They had tires on-site for my Expedition that afternoon. Fast, knowledgeable, and can’t recommend enough!
