Chris is very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he was looking at and talked me through potential problems when I went in for a simple oil change. The personal touch and connection made less-than-stellar news about my car go down much easier, and he gave me more transparent information during his first time looking at it than any other place I had been. On Thursday, January 15 In the first 35 minutes of a 550 mile road trip I hit some I-64 debris going 70mph. It was loud, I definitely felt the impact and my tire light came on in the 2017 Sienna van. I stopped at the nearby rest area to check the situation and decided to look for an auto repair/ tire repair shop between Richmond and Charlottesville to be safe. I was driving west, snowy weather was going to be further along the route. Elite Auto was 5* review and nearby so I drove there. The timing was perfect as Chris was just stepping out of the center to leave. I explained the situation and he quickly and efficiently stepped up to help. Chris was awesome! Had been having some brake issues and I stopped by yesterday. He was able to diagnose the issue, have the correct parts specific to my car delivered, and replace my pads and rotors all in not even 1.5 hours. Best part about dealing with Elite Auto is that you aren't getting thrown around from one tech to another to a receptionist, etc. He's the one who answers the phone, greets you when you arrive, does the work, takes payment, and bids farewell. A professional experience all the way through which, as most of us know, is a far cry from most anywhere else. His pricing was very reasonable and was easy to talk to and work with. Even if I didn't live close by, I'd go WELL out of my way to give him my business after this experience!
