These gentlemen are hard working and informed. They will talk to you about your vehicle very openly and are more than willing to show you discovered issues in the vehicle bay. I had a problem that is mostly my own and the staff were willing to give me a break. I had an issue with seat controls on a pickup truck, after two weeks and some other issues were found I had my vehicle back for $2,500. When I initially received the vehicle I should have been more diligent in checking the controls but instead, I drove home. Next day I realize, one of the controls is still not working. If you care about your car or receiving fairly priced, trustworthy service, then take your car elsewhere. I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. Went to Elite Autoworks to get oil changed and a few minor adjustments on my Mercedes. Everyone was super cool and seemed like they knew their stuff. They got everything tuned in and gave me a quote for some larger items that need to be done at some point. They did a full service and checked it all out for me. Appreciate Elite and will be back. Great to find a trusted mechanic after moving here recently. Also, they did the work on the spot, in and out in a flash which I wasn’t expecting!

I am an ASE Certified Master Auto and Truck mechanic and have always done my own work on all my vehicles. Due to a recent surgery, I am currently unable to do some of the repairs myself. I had what I suspected was a bad LF axle bearing in my car and took it to Elite Autoworks in Belton. They diagnosed the noise and quoted me a reasonable price to do the repair. A few days later the car is complete. Picked it up and it's now fine. I really appreciate their methodology of proper diagnosis of the issue followed with great communication and attention to detail in doing the repair. I will be taking any and all future repairs (that I can't do myself) to this shop and highly recommend them to others.

I had an excellent experience at Elite Auto Works, and you will too. They helped me out on the phone, and then at their shop when my 2018 BMW 540i was overheating. Ended up needing to change out the radiator in addition to the hose. There was another part damaged as well when they got everything apart and they offered to fix without additional labor, so I did that as well. Very professional. I’m hard to deal with, and they did an excellent job. Thank you gentlemen
