Joel and the team at Elite European Auto took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my car and did not even charge me for the diagnosis. That level of honesty is rare. Joel clearly knows his cars and has a strong knowledge base, and he explained everything in a simple way. The work quality was excellent and the issue was fixed properly. Their pricing is not the cheapest, but it is fair for the quality you get and still better than what the dealer charges. Great customer service overall. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m happy to say that Elite European Auto took great care of car. I had my rear breaks and engine mount fixed on my BMW X3. Communication with Joel was seamless from scheduling the appointments ,to letting me know when my car was ready to be picked up. Highly recommend!

Joel has been outstanding to work with as well as his other mechanic. Great small business but with many years of experience in the industry. He is is honest, upfront, knowledgeable, fair, provides transparent itemized pricing, worked with my aftermarket warranty and is quick to respond to questions and concerns. The only downside is having to usually just drop your vehicle off and pick it up on a different day. This is not an issue, nor should it be, for a great auto service establishment. Joel is my "go to" for my 2009 Mercedes E350 service.

Great service by Joel. I went for my GLC300 B1 service. He did the job very well. He didn’t try to upsell anything. It was straightforward pricing and much lower than Mercedes service centers cost.
