We have been using Elite exclusively for over 10 years. Appreciate they allow for appointments and always finish the work in the time they state. They also give you a heads up on work to be expected in the next 3-6 months based on driving. And small details like the fact I scheduled an oil change not knowing I needed an inspection. We've used Elite Auto since moving to the area from Colorado with an old RAV4 whose A/C was long broken (not so bad in Colorado, unbearable in the Long Island summer!). Elite fixed that, and we've have had uniformly positive experiences ever since on both routine inspections / maintenance and a couple of bigger jobs where they've gone out of their way to find reasonably priced options for repairs.

Top notch mechanical shop. Entire staff from service counter to mechanics. Been a customer for over 4 years have never disappointed, always on schedule and honest and treated with respect!!! Highly recommend will not be disappointed.
