Had a great experience buying my awesome motorcycle here! Steve the sales manager was the opposite of the other sales people I dealt with at the HD dealers. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and guided me through the process of purchasing the bike. He was not pushy, told me to take my time and helped me tremendously with getting the bike I wanted and did his best getting me the best financing . Really, Steve was a big part of me choosing this dealership to purchase my bike. Bought a 2017 Softail Slim S from Elite and I couldn’t be happier. Toby was very helpful and worked out a great deal for me. When I picked up the bike, the battery died as I was leaving. They swapped it out, no questions asked. I will be returning in the future for my next bike purchase.
