Hi my name Andrew I drive a 2500 13 lml Duramax I was changing fuel filter an I ran into a issue I tried all the priming an I was stuck with no start well I called elite OTR service Kole picked up an he stayed on the phone till I got it start he was very helpful an keep on it till the truck started thank inform having such a good employee I meet a lot of people in my life specially with a diesel an he never gave up on me thank u for having such a good employee thanks again for his time and ur company time much love to yall
Mr. Kole was very knowledgeable on this 2016 Volvo that I have. I appreciate him answer the phone at 4am when I left alot of oil from the oil pan gasket. Keep up the good work man. Looking forward to doing business with yall in the future.
