Elite Rent a Car

The customer service here is great, but my issue is they do not accept Tesla insurance, then they charge you 2,500 (not a hold) if you opt to not use their damage coverage. Their sign says it is refunded when you return the car, however they tell you it takes 7-10 business days for it to be refunded. With the amount of competition there is at hobby airport for rental cars I’d 10/10 recommend not renting here. You can definitely find a company that will match their price, without all of the hidden fees or hassle with charges.

Outstanding service, they were so accommodating. I had 2 automobile reserved with Enterprise on December 22. I received a phone call from one 3 hours before pickup saying they didn't have the type if vehicle I requested. When I got to the second location at my scheduled pick up time they didn't have the type of vehicle I reserved. I called Elite Rent A Car and they had what I what I need for a much lower price
