Wanted to replace the Westlake 💣 on our fifth-wheel. Everyone seemed to recommend a big name tire, so I called and requested four of the same. When Raul arrived and started to dismount the 💣 he noticed they were 14 ply and the new tires were only 10 ply, he explained that we would be losing about 1200 lbs on the amount we could carry. He remounted the 💣 and said he would do some research and get back to us with a plan, which he has done. Raul is concerned about his customers and their well-being, I'm sure others would have just mounted up what I requested and drove off. Elite is now the only place I plan to purchase tires from.
