First off, their staff members are amazing, they treat you with so much kindness and respect and everybody will talk to you like they’ve known you for years. They are always honest and helpful. 100% I would recommend Elite Tire!!! Traveling I77 had a tire blow on trailer. Their roadside repair was top notch! Repairman's work ethic (John) was superb! He called when headed our way, that was so reassuring. Headed to their shop after repair to replace 3 other tires. Such kind friendly service!!!

Elite Tire has been working on my vehicles for a few years now. The staff are always polite and very informitive. I seldom have any issue with getting tire related things done on the same day unless it requires ordering parts (usually within a day or 2). They have installed a lift kit including shocks on my truck, aligned, added spacers and caliper covers. Both vehicles have had aftermarket rims and tires put on there as well. Along with mounting/balancing and TPMS sensors. They have done a little bit of everything between both my vehicles. Today I got a call from John telling me my parts were in, and he could get me in after work. I got there about hour before close and was able to be finished around 5pm. The truck just needed some spacers and new lugs since adding flares.
Thought my shop at home had found and fixed a really slow leak in one of my tires, but nope. Problem developed again in the middle of a 900 mile drive from Chicago to NYC. Got off the highway and found Elite. Young man behind the counter promised he would find and fix the problem, which he did. Got me in and out in thirty minutes and wouldn't let me pay. If you're local, use these guys. A hidden gem. In
