I had a very difficult project to transfer from one trailer to another a very large commercial HVAC 10-15 Tonnage roof top unit, with a weight of at least 1,800lbs. After getting zero follow-up from a local towing company that had informed me they would need "manager approval (he never contacted me after two days waiting)," I called the adjacent city Elite Towing to explain and make an appointment for next day. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually dealing with the Elite owner from the first call. The professionalism, knowledge and follow-up was outstanding. The owner actually showed up to the job site early the next day with a roll-back tow truck. My call for assistance was answered promptly. Within ten minutes Tyler was on scene and loading up my vehicle. He took extra care and went to great length to put my car into my shop which made it a lot easier to commence repair. Truly 5 star service. I highly recommend Tyler, a true professional.

We broke down coincidently right in the parking lot nearby, and the guy who was there came out and helped us. He changed the tire and put the spare on and gave us a bunch of advice on quite a few things we wanted to fix in the future on our cars. He didn't have to help or even answer all my dumb questions 🤣 but he did. Was a great guy. I think his name was Mike it says it on the card. Definitely come here and call them for your needs.
