I was extremely happy with Fred of Elite Towing. After a difficult night and morning being on the app and phone with my roadside assistance service (All State), Elite Towing was scheduled. Fred called me before the tow to find out what the problem was. My insurance disappointed me in not getting the help I needed and not communicating well with the Fred, the tow driver. Fred called my number and reassured me he was on his way to tow my 3500 Silverado to a recommended mechanic. About a half hour later, Fred called back to inform me that my request for a tow had been canceled by roadside assistance; he wanted to make sure I had canceled?!?! Love the customer service. Fred went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. I will definitely call this company again with no hesitation. Being from Stockton he made sure my car and I made it back home safe with his service. Thank you Fred you made my day a better one.

Towed the car to their own tow yard instead of the car shop that the insurance agent instructed them to go to. Tow driver was rude and dismissive. They kept the car 6 nights longer than promised. After that, I called to have the car finally moved to the shop, they then promised it would arrive at the shop 30 minutes after the phone call, but they still didn’t tow two days after that call. Had to threaten police involvement to get them to release the car

I called in the middle of the night and they responded immediately. The driver AJ was super friendly and helpful, and arrived quickly. It sucked having my car break down, but these guys were really nice to deal with. Thanks.
