Mitch and his team went out of their way to ensure I found two of the right tires that had matching tread to fit my Volvo and get back on the road after I ran over a nail. I came here after buying another tire for my car off ebay that has been driving for over 3000 miles without any problems! Thank you all again, highly recommend!

Been dealing with Mitch for about 3 or so years. Always gives me solid deals on tires and never had a bad experience. Him and his crew are cool and easy to deal with which is always appreciated nowadays. Keep up the good work at the rubber factory and thanks again¡

This company is almost a fraudulent customer care company and a bad company. Although this seller sent me a defective tire, he did not fulfill his obligation to return it. He didn't even give me a refund with many excuses. The customer service of this seller is too bad. do not admit their faults Please do not do business with this seller. This seller is so bad. Don't be a fool to buy things from this seller. The owner and his/her families of this company who cheated on others will also be punished for it.

I've purchased tires from them twice, once for my avalanche and then my Ford F150, no issues at all. I just googled them again to find their number because I need tires again for my F150 after 3 years. I saw a review that said, "I installed after their 60 day return window and they wouldn't help me with returning a defective tire".... YOUR AN IDIOT SIR!! 60 DAY RETURN POLICY, MEANS.... WAIT FOR IT..... 60 DAYS, NOT 61, NOT 65, OR 73, BUT 60 DAYS. I KNOW I MOVED TO FLORIDA 20 YRS AGO BUT IT FEELS LIKE I LIVE IN FLOR-DUHHHH!!!! OH YA, IM GOING TO PICK UP MY TIRES IN AN HOUR - THANKS GUYS! ONLY REASON FOR 4 STAR I WISH THEY INSTALLED TIRES THERE BUT THATS NOT THEIR BUSINESS MODEL, SO, 4.5 STAR LOL.

found one of their rims online! spoke with Mitch, one of the owners and told him I only live about an hour away from him and we decided to meet on each others way home so I could pick up a rim from them instead of paying the shipping and waiting 2/3 days. great customer service and rim was in great shape! Thanks again Mitch!
