They are a part of lkq corporation, bought a used module from lkq. They sent a tag on the module saying it needed to be programmed. Told me use this service to "try it out" since they are all wrapped together. Technician came out billed me 410 dollars to scan the car and simply clear the codes. Said it didn't need the programming. So what I could have done with my shop scanner for free. And most places in the country will scan a car or clear codes for free. They charged 410.00 I would recommend finding just about any one else before this company

One of their techs came in our shop today to diagnose an electrical problem in a vehicle and threw a tantrum. He started screaming and slammed the door as hard as he could on a customers $85k vehicle when he couldn’t properly reset everything.avoid these clowns at all costs and spend the extra money to have ALL diagnostic, and ADAS calibration done at the corresponding authorized dealer.

Incompetent company, doesn’t answer emails, tech came and bricked the car. I told them and they wanted to bill me for it anyways. Closed my LKQ account.

horrible customer service. bricked one of our cars and still wanted to charge us. worst company we’ve ever dealt with.

Do not use this company. They do not have the knowledge or the equipment to program Mercedes transmission module. They came twice. They did not do the job but they sent me a bill for job not done. I have to buy a module from Amazon programmed to the VIN of the vehicle which worked and I was able to give the vehicle to the customer. They wasted my time and my customer was not happy. So I have to do it different way.
