My experience with the Acacia Place at the Eliza Jennings facility in Cleveland has truly been life-changing. As my mother navigates the challenges of dementia, I can confidently leave her at the Adult Day Care, knowing she is in a safe, supportive environment and receiving excellent care. She feels welcomed and enjoys the company of others, which brings her joy. The staff has shown incredible kindness and patience, for which I am eternally grateful.-Judy O

This place is horrible my loved one has been here for several years now. And if it wasn’t for the fact that it’ll probably upset them to move to another location I would have a long time ago. Once upon a time this place was beautiful, the staff cared. Now it’s just another place where it’s under staffed And leadership of the facility could care less And when the head doesn’t care, the rest will follow. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful entryway that’s about all you’re going to get. Unless you visit your loved one often and make your presence known and felt You BETTER LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

Last February, my grandmother was admitted to the skilled unit as a hospice patient. She was giving “days to weeks” to live as her congestive heart failure was catching up with her. We also discovered that she had on-set dementia that ended up worsening while she was there. My grandmother ended up living 9 additional MONTHS and I believe it was due to the exceptional care of KAY KAY, Sherlondra, Dominque, the manager of the unit and the rest of the nurses and staff of the unit (Sorry, I’m forgetting the rest of the staff’s names at the moment) They treated my grandmother like she was their grandma. When grandma’s dementia began to flair up and she had episodes of trying to get out of bed and episodes of extreme confusion, paranoia and even began seeing things that weren’t there, the staf

My mom has been residing at Eliza Jennings on Detroit Ave. in Cleveland for a couple of years. My wife and I began taking her to the Adult Day unit and then when we couldn't care for her at home, she smoothly transitioned when she needed more care. The staff was wonderful every step of the way. Now as we make the final transition to mom's holy resting place, the Western Reserve Hospice people are partnering with EJ staff and we could not be more pleased.
