This new management has drastically improved from 5 years ago, they were able to make my car look brand new again and get it back to “pre-damage condition”. The crew did excellent work putting my car bumpers back to its 100% original condition and the paint job matches perfectly. Ziyad handled my insurance claim and personal purchase like a Pro, he did an even better job than the last manager there, Pete, and guaranteed the work that was done for a great (very fair) price. Ziyad gave wonderful customer service! He took the time to look for all areas of my vandalized vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He also remained in constant communication regarding updates. In addition to his wonderful service, the lovely woman at the reception desk was very kind and informative. Although her name slips my mind, the care she showed remains. After the repairs, my vehicle looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor. I'm very satisfied with the work done.
