Bill and Mia (the two center reps I dealt with, mostly) are friendly, helpful, and most of all … knowledgeable. The communication was fantastic throughout the experience, and my prized Honda Pilot ultimately drove out looking like new again. Happy customer, for certain.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Please avoid this place. They seem nice at first, but the moment you decide to take your car somewhere else, they flip and become extremely rude — especially the front desk. When I first dropped off my car, they told me it would take 24 hours to get an estimate. Five days later, I still had no proper update. When I called to ask why, they said they were “busy” — but the truth is, they just keep your car there longer so they can charge you $130 per day in storage fees. As soon as I told them I didn’t want my car repaired there, they demanded I pay over $1,145 just to get my car back. After and during a series of extremely unfortunate events, I was lucky enough to be able to work with them and they took amazing care of me despite the situation / circumstances. They kept me informed and were extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. The Elk Grove Honda Collision Center has exceeded my expectations.
