Elk Grove Power Sports

This is our second bike purchased from Elk Grove Power Sports, and once again they’ve been amazing—great sales team and outstanding personalities. My guy always leaves an impression wherever we go, and not everyone knows how to handle him, but the entire Elk Grove Power Sports staff not only handled him, they genuinely loved him. Huge thanks to GK for helping us find the right bike and being flexible with my budget, and to Christine in sales for being so friendly and easy to chat with while we got everything done. I’m beyond excited to start my new adventures on my Moto Guzzi!

Got a killer deal on a new 25 Indian Sport Scout limited. Process was friendly and easy.They did everything that they had agreed to over text messages. GK and Britney were great assisting me in the entire process. The delivery person was careful and professional unloading the bike and placing it in my garage. After not riding for 30 years, I feel EG powersport's got my back on my rekindled adventure.

This dealership sold me a used vehicle with an undisclosed lien on it and never even bothered to call to let me know. I only learned when I was notified by my own credit union after paying off the loan a year later. As a result, the title had never been transferred, and the vehicle was never registered in my name. The fact they didn't even have the basic customer service to do their due diligence to confirm the title was clear before selling the vehicle, nor to reach out over 11 months to let me know there was an issue, has ruined any trust I have in this dealership. I'm glad I hadn't gotten pulled over by the police over the past year and the vehicle had been impounded. A simple call to me upon their discovery of the issue would have made a world of difference. called the service department and spoke with Trevor to get my oil changed in my jet ski. I asked if they could do this seeing how it is a Yamaha waverunner. Said yes they could definitely take care of this. Went down on Saturday to get it all set up. Seeing how it was a Yamaha they would need to order the right oil change kit, no problem, i was taken over to the parts department and what a joke that was. Seemed very bothered he had to deal with me. I felt like he was trying to push me away the entire interaction. At the end of the conversation I was told I would be contacted later in the day with the price and to schedule the service. 3 weeks have gone by and still havent heard back from anyone at this shop.
