I found a set of tires on a marketplace and, since I’m not very knowledgeable about them, I mostly based my decision on the tread depth — which seemed good to me. After the tires were installed and I got home, my friend pointed out that the tires were extremely old — almost 9 years. He explained that the manufacturing date can be found on the sidewall under the DOT marking. Unfortunately, as an average customer, I wasn’t informed about this in advance. The tire installation took about an hour — I’m not sure if that’s standard, but during the removal process, one of the tires seemed to have been slightly damaged. Had an excellent experience getting an alignment done here!! Most shops either had a waiting list over a month long or wouldn't even touch my lifted Toyota 4 Runner cause it's "modified". Donny the owner was very helpful over the phone and Josh(?) the alignment tech was very particular and had good attention to detail. Managed to get everything to spec and even weighed down my front end to simulate the weight of a winch I'm adding next week. They're moving to a better location in old town and will hopefully get the visibility they deserve. Would highly recommend.

My tire exploded on the freeway. We were able to get my spare on but still had a couple hundred miles to drive home. We started calling tire companies to see who had my tire and fast availability. These guys were waiting for us when we pulled up and got us in immediately. They had a used tire in my size and gave it to me at a very good price (considering they could have charged me anything cuz I desperately needed a tire). We were in and out and back on the road in 20-30.min. I could not be more pleased with the service I got.
