Needed to repair a tire and they were able to get me in and the turnaround was really fast. Heard then helping someone else find a better tire for their truck. They listened and provided several options that fit the bill. Will definitely consider them the next time I need tires

Not only was my car damaged during a test drive after an alignment but they refused to pay my insurance company for the damages, zero communication, zero accountability, damaged car for 4 months waiting for them to do the right thing. Do not go here even as a last resort!

I write this review as a former loyal customer of this shop. My loyalty to them was rewarded with subpar work or in some cases the work only being partially done. It wasn't always this way. Things started out great, but slowly deteriorated over the last couple years. The bane of all customers, in regards to a auto repair shop, is dishonesty. When a customer finds they have paid good money to have a shop do shoddy work or just part of the overall job it leaves a very unpleasant feeling, to say the least. Loyalty is a two way street, like any relationship. When the trust is gone, the relationship is over.

Service was amazing and fast, I appreciated all the help in choosing the correct tires for my truck.

We broke the drivers side mirror and ER Tire searched for a used mirror of our color. When they received it they expeditiously installed it.
