Ellie & Yaya Detail Car Wash

Please don’t waste your time or money just don’t . Paid $70 for work truck to be detailed and washed waited a while and my door where all smeared told the guy, my doors are not cleaned you just smeared them , then they apply this oil all over my tires to make it seem they wash them not okay ,the side of my truck still had that smear it went in with terrible service even though you tell them they just say sorry and fix it but nothing is done . Wanted to give them a chance but your better off the car wash at this point , even told him if I like your service I will return with other trucks I have and friends but guess what they won’t be having my time or service ever .

Visited this car wash for the first time today 10/3. I don’t drive a fancy car: Chevy cruz I just bought used to travel to work. I wasn’t expecting it to look like a brand new vehicle just wanted it cleaned up. I arrived at 1045 am. There was one couple waiting on a mid-suv. Told owner I wanted the inside and outside done. He and another worker were doing the car details and working independently. The owner stated it would take ~30 minutes. My mom was with me so we waited on the inside. Around 1145 I went outside to check on my car. Other worker was just casually sitting in the car fiddling around. We stood around as he appeared to be cleaning the seats and windows. After another 20 minutes I approached to try to pay DESPITE the service not being done as I needed to take my kid to a md app

Ellie and his team went above and beyond to remove set in odors that were in my car ,They did a great job on washing and detailing and were very nice to deal with . I will be using them again for future detailing needs . Deal with confidence that they will take care of you . 5 star rating !!!
