Told the owner NOT to change the cabin air filter, twice on the phone and once when I dropped off the car. I changed it myself August '24. They changed it anyway and charged me twice for filter. Said the heater airflow is better. It is not! They did good on the spark plugs. I won't be going back. Disappointed.

These guys are great! Broke down while visiting a sick friend on a Sunday afternoon. A one day trip longer turned into two these guys got me out and on the road home Monday! Service Great, Great price!

Scheduled to get a front end alignment a week in advance, and they waited until I came in for appointment to tell me their alignment guy had quit. I just had my inner and outer tie rods replaced same day at a different shop and needed alignment.

I have been using Elliott's since I moved here 2ys. ago. Taken car in 3 times. They have always treated me fair and with respect. Have also slipped me in so I would be able to see my G-kids whom I hadn't seen in 7 yrs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You people are top notch in my book.

Had some frontend work done. Good price and got it done when he said he would. Did NOT get no run around about this or that need to be fixed. They did what was asked and didn't try to sale me on anything else. Will use again when needed.
