Amazing services put a plug in our tire so we could make it to the tire shop

Thank you so much to Ellis Motor Company for helping us out as we had a blow out on a trailer that we are delivering to a customer in Longview! I used to think this was a good place to take your vehicle but not anymore. last week I had a flat couldn't get the lugs off so I took my car to them to loosen the lugs. They broke a lug and it was stuck so they told me they had to figure out how to get it out and they would call me I left my key and a phone number to call. They never call I gave it a day and still no call so I call them the woman on the phone tells me my car is ready and I owe $305 and some change. I tell her I only came to get my lugs loosened she preceded to tell me that my tire rod end was broken in the process of them removing the lug and so they had to replace it now that is 2 two things they broke on my car and charged me for their mess up but what they failed to mention is they also cracked my rim messed up my trac

I would like to give this shop an awesome review. My first visit with them was an amazing experience. I have a Chevy Sonic which needed motor mounts replaced. They correctly identify the problem, they were quick with the service, and they were so courteous and polite all thru the service. It's a shop y'all you can trust.
