Incredible people to do business with. Shopped around for my Kioti at a few different dealers. They were $500 cheaper than one and $1000 lower than the other. But the customer service excelled past both of the other dealers. Mrs Jackie is one of the best saleswomen (or men) that I’ve ever done business with. Very nice, personable, and helpful. She’s gonna do anything she can to help you get the best deal. Fast forward to when they delivered my tractor package. The tractor loader was sprayed with a degreaser that took the clear coat off of 85% of the loader and bucket. The delivery driver called Josh (owner) and put him on the phone with me. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Ellisville Auto Supply! My husband and I were looking to purchase a Bad Boy mower. Mrs Jackie went above and beyond in helping find the right mower for us. She was always extremely helpful with answering any questions we had. After we purchased the mower, the service team went over all the ins and outs of the mower, and also answered any questions we had about the use of the mower. Everyone we met was so helpful and willing to help in any way they could. We are excited about our new purchase, and we will definitely be using them for our future purchases!!

I purchased a husqvarna mower from these people last year great mower.But if you need simple parts like blades or belts good luck . Kid at the counter was lost and modle # did not help him. Buy from someone that knows their product.

I took my Kioti tractor to them on April 19th for a minor part repair. I was told there were 5 tractors ahead of mine which I understood. I have called a few times to check on the status and have been given the run around every time and everyone I have spoken with was extremely rude. One “lady” even called to tell me my A/C compressor had gone out and could be replaced to the tune of $3600. It was working fine when it was delivered. I finally had enough of their rude and incompetent “service” that I went and got my tractor today and guess what…..the A/C is working just fine. I even told them at the beginning of this episode that I was interested in trading for a bigger newer tractor and to this day I have yet to hear from any of them about that.
