The service we received on our Ford F150 was amazing. The service manager did a thorough check of work a d repair that needed to be completed. We,are very satisfied with the repair that was completed in such a short time!

I purchased my car through this dealership and it was an excellent experience. They’re definitely a little more “old school” but they’re honest and up front people. I typically have gone to larger dealerships for service since I work from home, I thought it might be easier for me to find a place to work. I haven’t had the greatest experiences at those other dealerships and so I opted to have my service performed at Ellsworth Ford. I have nothing but excellent things to say! My kiddos had school canceled that day and there was a kind gentleman that offered us an empty desk and grabbed some pencils and paper– we did not feel like we were putting anybody out. If you have had your vehicle serviced here for a long time be prepared for a substantial increase in their hourly labor rate. I dropped my vehicle off for service. They fixed the problem. However, the labor rate went up from like $85/hr to $175hr over in about a year. Typically I see $10-$15 increase per year. I will not be coming back because "I feel" a bit cheated. Apparently there is new ownership.
