Ellsworth Pro Wash Bio Security Truck Wash

Stopped in for the first time since I was in the area and needing a wash. Tried calling them earlier in the day but nobody answers. So I arrived around 9:00PM to only be greeted with a system that doesn’t work. System said wait for the wash to open up but nobody was in the wash. Tried calling the number again to speak with someone but still no answer. I guess customer service is completely a thing of the past now days. Will skip the truck wash and wait until I get to a blue beacon.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible automatic wash bay. Easily the worst automated truck wash. If it’s after hours don’t even bother coming here. This was a $96 “premium”truck wash that was really just water, soap, and more water sprayed on the truck as you drive through. Frankly I’d like my money back, THIS was NOT worth $96. You guys are SCAMMING truck drivers and it’s unacceptable!!!

Awesome do it yourself rv/truck wash. The wash had very hot water and it was a dollar a minute with a $10 minimum charge ( not sure if that applies if you are paying cash). We would definitely return to this wash again.

Junk, says open 24 hours it's a drive through or do it yourself. Drive through hurican wash doesn't wash anything, and neither have an option or hoses to clean out trailer. Completely worthless.

Not impressed, won't be back. 2 guys scrubbing. Watching in the mirror or out the windows, every movement was half assed. Didn't even get all the bugs off the windshield with the 2-3 swipes with the brush. I opened my door and asked the guy to tell the other one to clean the passenger side mirror cuz he never touched the mirror side with the brush but the guy never came back to clean it. Never touched the top of the truck (w900). Trailer looked worse than when I showed up. The website spouts off about the high quality water but the streaks below the windshield wipers tell a very different story. You only get one chance to make a first impression. My advice? Anything on a big truck within reach should be washed using a hand mitt, a good brush for anything higher.
