Elm Street Express

I used to take our van to the local dealership where we bought it but for something as simple as an oil change, it was a 2-3 hr endeavor. I am so thankful that I tried Elm Street Express. The staff is always so kind and helpful and most of all efficient! I get to stay in the car with my kiddos and 15 minutes later drive away with another item checked off my to do list for the day. The lady that takes care of check in and payment is always so kind and pleasant. Her customer service skills are next level!

Biggest positive I saw today-they are honest! I requested a full service oil change plus tire rotation, which would be an extra charge. After checking out the tires the mechanics said they are fine- no need for a rotation. So cost less than I expected which was a pleasant surprise! All staff were very friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes. MUCH better than with the previous owner!

I have always gone to the auto dealership where my vehicles were purchased. My husband highly recommended giving Elm Street Express a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. Service was convenient, and the technicians were polite and professional. I will continue doing business here in the future.

Just started going there after my oil change place closed down. So far a great place. Slightly cheaper than what I was paying.

Kendra and Josh and the Elm Street All Star Wrenchers are just phenomenal. I owned an expensive luxury german suv and sportscar and the students/staffs attention to detail is comparable to MAG Dublin. Whether its an oil change or brake job? Your money will be very well spent here locally.
